So, let's just say if you want to make a day out of it you can go to south falls, or drive maybe 2 miles more and end up at north falls, at the south falls they have a set up like a big park, and place to actually get wet.. then you can visit one of the falls in strollers and behind the fall pretty cool, same with north but no stroller, easy walk to the falls. Now if youd like to do the walk I'd suggest cut it in two parts as it is 8.6 miles to do the whole circle.
The trail does have bars and the terain is lots of ups and downs with a rocky trails and occasionally stairs and steep inclines so a stroller isn't recommended
