Totally fine even in a Ferrari
Parking is ample & spacious in South Falls day use area. It is OK at the North Falls as well. Winter Falls parking is very limited and spot boundaries are not marked. Visitor center and around is again pretty good for parking both space and availability-wise. Since the best way to experience Silver Falls SP is to hike the 8 miles long Ten Falls Trail, I'd recommend parking your car in the South Falls day use parking and start your hike there to complete the figure-of-8 shaped trail in about 3 to 4 hours.
There are a couple of different parking areas. The main parking area is paved and clean. We parked at the back and when we came out from our hike there still wasn't anyone parked close to us. The smaller parking areas around the park are gravel and people were trying to squeeze into those, I would stay away from them.
Parking lot at south falls area is very large and paved.
How long I is the hike?
Even when busy, there is plenty of parking! Large spaces, shade trees, , well planned out parking lot. Hard to find the exit though;-(
Yeah, this is not like Abiqua Falls. You can park at the South Falls day lot in ANY type of vehicle. Not like Abiqua where you may need a Jeep.
Roads are paved. Drivebyour car!
