The shop owner would be happy to relay that information though you are talking about a donut shop here so as far as weight watching in calories and all that stuff go might want to reconsider it's not a health food store and I'm not trying to be a smart aleck I'm just giving you my personal opinion they are a good shop and he'd be happy to help

If you are worried about the nutrition facts at a donut shop, i recommend just offing yourself now. Why ruin a delicious doughnut by worrying about the nutritional content? If you are worried about such things, just be smart and limit yourself to ONE and not a whole DOZEN of them. Nutrition Facts: Calories: More than you'd be willing to consume if you're counting calories. Fat Content: More than you'd be willing to consume if you're counting calories. Every Diet is Allowed a Cheat Day. Vitamins & Minerals: dude it's doughnuts, there's no nutritional value.
