I called to refill my prescription at 11 this morning, without asking my name or dob, she put me on hold for while and told me they were out of stock and to try again tomorrow, after I was told the night before that I needed to call in the morning. After telling her that she put me on hold again for a few minutes and magically had it in stock… then I had to confirm it was for me and not anyone else. And it was for a different person… hold again…. Then was told it’d be ready by 5. I got here at 7 and not ready. 5 people after me were told that it was not ready and the cashier was rude to ALL of them and told them they didn’t know why they were told it’d be ready at that time. While customers were asking why the pharmacist was yelling she’s only one person and being rude to customers Note: there is a girl with short pinkish hair that is on top of her game and deserves a raise. She was literally running trying to accommodate and please frustrated customers while the old lady and blonde rolled their eyes and made snarky comments

With all the new stores being open, it is like going to a friend's house when going to a Rite Aid store. I know where things are, I enjoy the "sales" throughout the store, and, it is "pandemic friendly".

This place is terrible. I called in a prescription.....they keep telling me to come back the next day. I've gone back 3 times now to try and pick up one prescription and still got turned away and told to try again later. I get the same …Thanks for your feedback, Maggie. Fun, interesting and unique drug store. A place where one can find a good deal on some items but other items can be a bit over priced. Either way, it's a fun store to browse, lots of greeting cards, hard to find candies, and even some clothing items !
