After hours of trying to get through to a person, getting hung up on at least 6 times, I finally got through and they said they didn’t have my prescription even though they did and my doctor called them. Never getting a prescription here ever. Good luck getting them on the phone.

I was called and told my medicine is ready and even spoke to them over the phone they told me it’s ready I get here stand in front for 20 mins waiting for them to find it then all of a sudden it’s not ready and it was filled at a different rite aid in a different state so infuriating

I was told it would be 15-20 min for my prescription came back 20 min later and was told it would be an hour. Just don't understand why I wasn't told in the first place that it was gonna take that long? This isn't the first time either I've had to pick up a prescription for my little sister who is pre mature and the prescription was send from the NICU and we were sent a message saying it was ready got there and had to wait like 30+ min for her vitamins. I get they have alot going on but why not just be honest with when stuff is actually ready for pick up?

This place is horrible! Tried to get my prescriptions on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago.
