I would think that maybe you could on tha longer trails, but doesn't have a specific area for that. I guess my answer is yeah you could, but at your own risk.
Not really on the main paved trails. There are a couple 1/4 mile trails not paved you can probably take the dog off leash as those trais have very little people walking around. The non paved trails have several rabbits living back there.
