Where do spouses go to take ID pictures Great Lakes Naval Base in Waukegan ILL.?

Question is old and the ID center has changed. ID's can now be taken at the main gate visitor center (Left of main gate).

Go to main gate at naval base near billeting office. Bring old id and you can walk in . They even are open on Saturday

They have to go onto great lakes naval station at PSD (near the nex on base) with their spouse, 2 forms of identification and marriage certificate. Then they can take your picture. You can get on base with your sponsor and a photo id
