I'm sorry Al, I don't completely understand the question. If you were to call the emergency room, because of a medical emergency, they would tell you to come in as soon as possible and if you weren't able to get to the emergency room, due to lack of transportation they would more and most likely send an ambulance to your location. As far as I know there is no way to call in and make appointment's an such...if that's what you're asking.
