I found 12 minutes for $3 to be more than enough time for me and clean up my 2 year old son, with time to spare. And in the words of my wife after returning from there at 12:15 in the afternoon, "those are some of the cleanest public bathrooms (showers) I have been in!"
It is $0.50 per token and each token is about a 2 minute shower.
It's 50 cents. They have a machine on the side of the bathroom to change dollars for tokens
