Park is opened to all.
I believe there was damage to the park and it might be closed, not sure. Also, consider that a lot of wildlife was displaced and forced into different territory, including big cats. Probably not a good time to ride there. I know Foothill park in Windsor is open and people are riding their horses there.
Fire damaged but was open. Don't know but horses may be ok. Large parking area for trailers.
