Hi Jake, Thanks for the information. Our manager spoke to your mom and settled the quality issues with her to her satisfaction. We are sorry you had this experience. This is definitely not the quality standard we have for ourselves and have developed over our 10 years of business. PS. If you would like to tour our facility you will not find a single microwave.
