Ice cream is great, and service is always good. However, about 2 months ago I got a milkshake with homemade ice cream and it was almost $10. I understand the price of everything has gone up but I can't justify spending $10 on a basic milkshake. I used to frequently, but since then I have gone to other ice cream places that don't cost a fraction of the prices.

The ice cream is good but their process for serving customers is not welcoming. Going in the back door is confusing and makes it feel like they are hiding the line. My waffle cone was cracked and made a huge mess. Napkins were only available in one place.

August 2021: I've been stopping at various ice cream shops during my "quest to find the best" ice cream in the greater Cleveland area. …Hi Keith, thank you for visiting our shop and leaving a review. How fun you are on this quest and we are honored that you gave us a try. Being a new guest I do want to share a few things to help you in future visits. It's true we do use paper straws, most guests have no issues because my guess is they don't let their Shakes last long BUT we keep a few plastic straws on hand for those that prefer a plastic straw. Just request it at your time of order, we absolutely can make that happen for you. Also, in regards to our Homemade upcharge... this gets applied with Shakes & any item that is a standard Soft Serve item but guests want it made with our in house Homemade instead. Cones, Dishes & Sundaes are not upcharged and those prices are reflected on the menu board. Homemade Shakes and Specialty items do take more time to make and if we use our Homemade Ice Creams they cost us more to make so we need to account for that cost of labor and product. In regards to our Vegan, non dairy options some we source from a local distributor and some we make in house. Our Vegan/Non Dairy options do not come in contact with any dairy or animal products while being made, so there is no cross contamination or risk of it.
