This morning was my first time attempting to do my laundry at the Maytag Laundromat in Willowick, Ohio. Before beginning, I thought I would walk in and speak to the on-duty attendant about the costs of the washers and dryers, where to get change, etc. I politely inquired of a patron if she, perhaps was the attendant on-duty. Her rude reply shocked me: "It's just because I'm black that your asking me that. No I'm not." I left the premises never to return. Perhaps the owners would like to know this. "

The building was clean, although it's not staffed. There was no way to turn the fans on so it was a bit stuffy, but that's typical of laundromats. Several machines weren't working, but there were still plenty. The washroom needed to be changed and there were no paper towels. Essentially very minor gripes. The to loaders are $1.50, the front loaders are $2.50 for the smaller and $6.50 for the large one. A quarter gets you 6 minutes on the dryer.

Very nice people that own it. Something went wrong with a couple of machines and they sent the money the next day.

This laundromat is great! It’s open later than other laundromats in the area, has tons of quick machines, is very clean, and also was playing some great music. Another plus is that there is a pizza place and a pub right next door, so you can eat while you wait.

Sounds wonderful. I've always had my own laundry. Since we've been in our apartment for 2 weeks I've spent 40$ on laundry. Thank you
