EMBARRASSING experience!!! Waited almost TWO HOURS for food!! We Went for my grandmas 100th birthday. we USED to LOVE going there before the ownership/name change. Our waitress was friendly but we waited over 45 minutes for our drinks and another 45 ish minutes for our food! We had a big group (We had reservations for 10 people) but if they cannot accommodate a group of 10 they should have NOT accepted that size group. After waiting 2 hours for our half decent meals they gave no apology for the extremely long wait ! My dad left a review and instead of apologizing the owner further embarrassed herself by arguing! Very unprofessional! Pathetic excuse for a business woman ! DO BETTER !

Best Italian food we have ever had it was well worth price we normally travel to Akron for Italian but this will definitely be our new place to go beautiful inside n server was greatThank you ! We are glad you enjoyed us!

I wanted so badly to like this place. I was excited to try it when I found out about it after moving to the area. Service was terrible and VERY slow. My family was finished eating before I even received my food. Manager apologized but did not offer any consolation whatsoever. Charged $16.95 each for kids orders because the waitress put them in as adult orders. Since I had never been, I did not know by looking at the plates that these were not kids meals. She rarely came back to the table and we were so ready to get out of there that I didn't even complain because it would have taken even longer to get it taken care of. With only 3 tables (including ours), you'd think the service and food would be better. Sadly, I will not be returning and I really wanted this to become a regular spot for me.
