I called to make sure that my contract was not renewed and was told that it was canceled and that I would not get charged anymore. This is the second month they have charged me and now the Manager is saying that I have to go in and cancel in person. They are not refunding anything after they lied to me over the phone.

Too expensive for the smallest gym !!!

As someone who works a lot and showers at the gym- I would like to see the bathroom cleaned properly on a regular basis. There is a lingering stench in the ladies locker room near the smaller shower. Also- the toilet didn’t look like it had been cleaned all day and I was there. That’s the only downside to this gym but it a big one for me. Otherwise I hope the cleanliness improves because the location and equipment are great.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible! I signed up I believe in March or April never went since my husband is in the army we moved. I keep getting charged I sent multiple emails and phones calls no one helps me should I get a lawyer?

I believe that they have a week free trial you could always asked perhaps a daily fee could apply.

can I bring my kids with me ?they are not going to work out I was wondering if they can sit somewhere while I workout ?
