Why would my fries be stale during dinner hour? Sorry to say, but this is first time eating there, im new to area and the fries were horrible. Just left there 15 mins ago.

At any place they could be if they are slow. I would have taken them back. Management usually will do the right thing for the customer...sorry you had a bad experience...
