Yes, the dog park is enclosed. It's a very large area... probably a couple of acres. Don't know if there are separate enclosed areas for different size dogs.

Yes it is enclosed. Yes there's a divider separating the fence; one side for large dogs, and the other for small dogs.

They do have 2 separate areas

Two enclosed dog areas: one for dogs 25 pounds and larger, the other for dogs 25 pounds and smaller.
