Like anywhere, It has its good days and its bad days. We live less than 5 mins away from it and my 19 yo fishing addict son goes CONSTANTLY. He normally does pretty well tho. (Otherwise, he wouldn't even bother going there.)
We fished there last night and we caught 6 catfish..
Today the pond was muddy. Not great for fishing.
I haven't tried fishing there yet.
