I tried to support several times. Why do customers have to wait 2 hours to eat, last time I went we had a arrived at 1pm and food arrived at 3pm. I asked for a carry out . The food was cold and order was not right. Im done sorry.

Yes, they are extremely unprofessional... My first and last time going. They are over rated. The food is just okay. Establishment looks nice. But the people and the service my god.... no and no ... I was very disappointed and disgusted by the behavior and service.

When I go when they first open up it is better service.

Wow! I waited a long time as well and I was initially excited because it was my first time trying it. I might give it one more try because they are usually extremely busy so a lot of people must like it. They need to hire more people to keep up with the overload of customers.
