Incredible quality, kind and real customer service. I’ve worked with One Custom City on a few tee shirts orders and have always been so grateful and impressed by the quality and care in the finished product. The interpretation of how exactly to print a halftone (with fine detail) for a particular image is nothing short of artist quality, even for a relatively small print order. Shirts from years ago worn regularly have held up well over time and my newest order has brought surprise and delight to everyone who has received so far. An overall bad experience. My items were delivered extremely late. It was made to seem that just because I wasn’t paying as much as other customers I was less of a priority and that’s not good business. I missed major deadlines which is vital and extremely embarrassing as a business owner. I wish I could give a better rating as I believe in “If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all.” However I just have to be honest, AVOID at all cost. RUN FOR THE HILLS. The unprofessionalism is like never seen before and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
