This place is black owned, and see the problem is this. Black own businesses get a bad reputation because of how the conduct business relations with customers (mostly). Now. Not all black own businesses are terrible, but the ones that are, create this stigma for all black businesses. However, the employees at this particular business I'm referencing are horrible. Mostly kids. That have attitudes when someone states the obvious. They are lazy, and don't know how to solve simple issues related to their services This place gets a thumbs down in every area. And they are slow af.

Really behind. But just in case someone needs to know for future purpose... Hallstarz DOES NOT take cable equipment unless there is a PREPAID label on the box they gave you. If no box given to you, then you more than likely don't have proper shipping label. Also there is $2 drop off fee for UPS packages (only UPS)
