We have a smoking patio that is all season and it is heated, but no indoor smoking.
Smoking isn't allowed anywhere indoors
Although cigar smoking happens on the outdoor cigar patio, the smoke strongly filters into the enclosed patio during these cold months (near that end). People in our party had effects to their clothes, eyes and noses. We all smelled of smoke.
