Texas Roadhouse doesn't take reservations. However, they do offer call ahead seating. We went last Sunday and there was a 20 min wait. Called ahead and only had to wait a couple minutes after we got there. Their Steaks are worth the wait!
They don't take reservations but you can call and get on the wait list. It is very busy on Sundays.
Reservations aren't accepted, any time but you can use their 'call ahead' option where you phone in and let them know you are on the way and they will give you a reference number and add you to the list. You may still wait a bit but not as long as you would if you don't use this option.

Anytime you can call ahead helps. Open from 10am to 9pm I do believe on sundays.
