unfortunately Best Buy is loosing a lot of my business. It used to be my favorite store, evey time I go or purchase something online from them there is an issue and have to end up returning or canceling the item. Staff now at days also don't care about customer service and had issues even with the manager. Manager really rude and don’t care about customer service.

Whoever Brett is, he needs to be far far away from people LOL his customer service is horrible. As a business owner, he would definitely be last on my list to hire. Best Buy is amazing, but it’s crazy how one BAD apple can kill a stores good reputation. Brett would be perfect as custodian.

The store is as you'd expect from a best buy, decently stocked, isles free of products. My only complaint is the que system, I had a simple yes or no question and was told I needed to be placed in the que for help? The store wasn't busy, I walked up to a free employee. Wasn't enough to make me stop shopping here but felt it needed to be mentioned.

If you can't afford a custom built rig or build your own you'll probably just be waiting your money. But yes, they do have gaming machines there. Check their website for options/availability.
I'm not sure but I preordered it there. Then a week later i found out if you preorder it from gamestop.. you get a free poster. Wish i found out sooner.

Not sure if this is still relevant but Green Guy's recycling on State St takes T.V.s. Not much but they do give you a penny a pound which is still more than anyone I know. Great people as well.

It's been awhile I don't remember but I think it was about 149. What I like about it is that I get incentives for using it as an example I got a $50 check from gas company for using it correctly.
If they will not get you to a live person you can call corporate. I personally have not had any problems getting through to our local best buy. If you still cannot get through. Do as previous post walk in.
