The Planning Dept and Building and Safety Dept are lacking in efficiency and ability to support small tenant improvement business buildouts. They only know and or are accommodating with regulations and process for new build businesses and or franchises. Asked why it takes a week to get a certificate of occupancy post inspection approval. The Employees continue to blame Covid for every question about their depts performance. In the mean time, as a small business owner we can’t move forward with getting our business license to operate.
