Does the CBD oil in Massachusetts have cannabis in it and is it more effective than that of NY? And is it also in creams? My wife has knee pain and gets a little relief from stuff we get here.

Different strains of CBD have different potencies. In my opinion, i think berkshires roots cannatonic does wonders when i have pain and inflammation.
