I have to say the staff at Berkshire Roots are all very friendly, the service is excellent. They also have a great selection in store. Absolutely love them! They are the best of the Berkshires.

I have come to Berkshire roots for a couple of years now, and it will probably be my last. I placed my order online, as I always do, since the wait is shorter when you pick it up. I picked it up that day and stayed overnight so I could get more the next day, since I drove 5 hours to get it, and its a hassle to keep driving 5 hours each way. When I came to my hotel, I noticed they had given me the wrong item, and they did not want to exchange it for the correct item. So my advice to everyone who orders online is to double check that they give exactly what you ordered. Regarding customer service, they are perfect until something goes wrong, like what happened to me, and they will blame everyone else but themselves. Time to look at other places.

Make pre-order for 54.00 after tax. Use ATM on premises for 3$ fee. Tender scans items and it totals 65.00. Only have 60 cash. Runs card for 13.75$. Citing "the number needs to be whole." Okay. So 13.75 is whole now I guess. Tip the tender 4$. This is how a 54.00 order tolled me $70.75 Will never return. The products were not at all worth it. Luckily, plenty of other choices around

This place is amazing. The service is awesome. Very safe and professional. Ok so the prices are a little high, compared to street prices, but like they say you get what you pay for. The product there is top notch. Ive been smoking for around 20 years and this is some of the best stuff I’ve gotten yet. I don’t even know if it really is more expensive in the long run because you need so much less to get the desired effect. Honestly I’d give this place 6 stars if I could. Total customer satisfaction.

Hey Rizzo, we do currently have limits on a few of our edibles for adult use, and they go up and down depending on our availabilities. As of now, we have a 5 bottle limit on our chews, but all our other edibles have no limits beyond the state limit of 28 grams flower equivalent per transaction.
