Windy Cove A&B you travel down the side of the roadway. Umpqua Dunes Campground they just made an entrance straight into the dunes from the campgnd. These are all Douglas County Parks.
Yes and yes. The dunes are accessed about a mile or two away but atv's are allowed to travel next to the roadway.
