Captain Tim and Jeff were awesome! We were on the fish, very professional, and fun! I caught my first ocean fish. Brought back my man's good memories of his days of working charter boats in Alaska. We brought donuts and bear summer sausage to share, Jeff shared bison snack sticks. We had the time of our lives while reeling in fish left and right! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Tim and Cole are two of the guides I have fished with. They are second to none with what they do. Also if your lucky to have the both in the boat with you like I have the times I’ve fished with them well you better have brought a big cooler cause your bring home the meat πŸ˜‹ so if your looking for some great guys too take you fishing you have found your guys. Tight lines and great fishing 🎣

This place is scam. The β€œarrogant selfish supposedly owners daughter who answers the phone needs a reality check on her job performance. Probably can’t hold a job outside of the family. 10/13 was scheduled on a fishing trip with Sharkys Charters that my friends booked that canceled due to ocean swell height and rough waters. I took the lead and called two places to book trip. Both didn't pick up and I left a voicemail giving in detail what happened and how long we were in town with what we were looking for. The 3rd place I called was Winchester Bay Charters. I was able to connect with a female who said they just needed a $75 deposit and we were good to go. She said that she was going to connect with me tomorrow with the details. I woke up that next day with a voicemail from a female that I didn't sound like here but a little older saying they had to cancel due to ocean swell and rough ocean conditions. [figured it was her mom "owners wife" , "boss" or what have you. Time wasn't on myside so I immediately googled another fishing charter and down the line one by one said they are not running due to ocean conditions and that we would need to travel [drive] two hours north or south of Coos bay to get calmer water conditions. 8th call got connected with Andy in Brookings, Oregon who didn't charge us extra for fishing crab that locked us in on a trip the following day. Later that day at 403pm Winchester Bay charters sent me a text message confirming our trip. I IMMEDIATELY responded back saying it we have to cancel. She responded with, "you know our cancelation policy?" I explained to her about what happened with our trip and how I was trying to take care of my friends who booked a charter that canceled and we've been in town talking to everyone that was saying everything is got canceled around here. What got me was how this young lady reacted on the text. I tried calling her to because it was more efficient that way verse texting and I could tell she was more focused on trying to get my total payment for the trip $675.00 and using it as an easy way out. She didn't pick up! but she called back 5 minutes later. [All I wanted to do was square things away and fish] That was disappointing and really shows what type of people are out there. Very sad. She said the captain doesn't want to take us out due to the fact we didn't want to cancel because we found out about the full amount charge of the trip. To be correct miss, that wasn't on my mind. Hopefully you learn from this with your 10 years in business saying you told me for no reason instead of trying to take care of the customer and show you want to take us out on the trip. [that is what I was having a problem understanding. It blew my mind that his girl was more concerned about making me feel shameful and picking a fight over the phone with a customer is very immature and self centered and shows you are only all about the money. [this goes back to me trying to be a good person and get a trip going for my group of friends but ended up getting charged $675.00] Towards the end of my phone call with her my friends were around me and heard me trying to talk her down. They were the ones who decided not to follow through with Winchester Bay Charters because of how she was speaking to me and playing games. I responded to your message right away within seconds clarifying what was going on but you couldn't ask if we were still good for the charter. I had to ask if we were still good. It's a yes or no answer not to be replaced with a quilt trip. You're too funny! you canceled on us! you said but then you realized that is illegal and took it back and said the captain decided to take us. BBB will be contacted. Also, how do you expect me to know that you work by yourself. How you You be the judge folks. Money was returned via agency. Such a scam Winchester bay charters is
