David, yes I have talked to the mgr only to get my correct order comped on my next visit. But again I ask if there's so many ppl working there and they verify THREE TIMES, what are you verifying when ur putting the food in the bag that it's still not the correct food b4 you hand it off to the cashier. A few seconds is all it takes to keep the machine well oiled. It's a drive-thru meaning.....on the go, meaning....ppl have places to be; don't inconvenience us with long, slow moving lines and STILL get the order wrong with all those ppl working in there. WOOSAH!
They have a New manager. For years it was Oscar. It has definitely suffered. I have had many problems over the past 4 months....just stupidity
Too many hands in too many bags will cause confusion. Imo.
