How come we can't get our own soda's anymore. Since u guys took that away we go for hours before we see a drink surver and then there usually so disrespectful when u ask them for a soda and more often then not by the time they do bring u a soda I've

True. Consideration for customer is not high on their priority list.

They could require swiping your card & entering your PW to get a drink. I won't order one from the waitress unless I have tip money and often all my money is in the machine so I go without which is not healthy. Not to mention it's not like it's easy to find a waitress or waiter. Maybe every couple of hours at Best.

Too many homeless coming in

I'm guessing people were coming just for the free soda and leaving. Kind of like eating at a hotels free breakfast even though you didn't pay to stay the night. I'm sure the amount of undesirables in this establishment lessened when "help yourself" soda was taken away.

Customer service should be number 1, because without them their wouldnt be a business

We're regulars but we get so thirsty every single time after 2-3 hours! There's hardly a waitress and even if we see one, we ask and rarely get our drinks. We end up buying soda from the restaurant inside. Such a turn off!

I can remember when the drinks at the table were free.

I'm not sure but my thoughts are the expense of the free soda , but the rude service should not be, and personally I would definitely mention it to management
