Does Best Buy EVER answer their phone? Was on hold 10 minutes 1st time and 30 minutes 2nd time till it hung up on me when the store closed. Never got to speak to anyone!

I wouldn't bother calling them. you usually get some stupid message. it's best just to go there or go online and check out things for yourself.

Depends on who is managing the store and which department you are wishing to speak to

Best Buy doesn’t have a store phone in Redding. You just get 24/7 tech support that’s it

Because it's a corporate run store, I suggest going in. Our local store staff is excellent, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.

I have had trouble getting through on the phone as well. Very frustrating... If possible I would suggest going in there.
