Yes dogs are allowed but leash them up and you should have no issues.
Keep them on leash at all times. Mammoth is very dog friendly
Dogs are indeed allowed, or were the last time i visited the area last year, unless you see where they are explicitly denied by signage at a trail head.
Not sure of they are allowed or not, but i brought my hounds on leashes without any issues.
