Not the best hotel to relax. Too much noise coming from outside our room because there was a gap between the floor and the door, also the door was poor quality so all the noise was coming into the room. Plus we had the pool right across our room, with people speaking loudly and kids running and playing around until 10:15pm. Cleanliness wasn’t good, there was hair and dirt on the floor at the corners and close to the walls. Pillows also weren’t good. Mattress was ok. Room was spacious, with microwave, extra small fridge, coffe/tea, a safe and recycle bin. Also they provide 3M earplugs(!)

We love staying here when we’re in Mammoth. A few years ago when it was still a Best Western we stayed for our first time. It’s not as pricey as some of the lodges and it’s far better than the Motel 6 nearby (we’ve stayed there too). We love he breakfast service and the rooms are quite spacious and always clean.

I really love this hotel, with all complete facilities. Also very good location. The hotel was very clean. Im so happy with the staff of housekeeping they are super friendly and very helpful! But not one of the Mexican reception staff :( she is super cold and very constipated. Other than that.. we love the hot whirpool. All the excitements were covered by 1 disappointment, i tried to dry my clothes and spend almost 4 dollars to make the machine work to dry it but it was not dried at all all clothes was still wet, the next day i checked another the machine it worked! So that machine was broken. And 4 dollars only for few clothes to dry just gone like that - they did not refund it.

Positive: The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly¿everyone we came in contact with. I loved that they had an indoor pool and sauna. We went there every night during our stay. I Negative: We really wanted to try the restaurant but it was only open until 9am. That was a bummer because we heard that they have really good food. I would have liked if they stayed open a little later.
