No dedicated trails that I know of, but I think the area is very suitable for horse riding.

My wife and I both volunteer at the park and neither of us have ever seen a horse in the park. Buttermilk trail is narrow and just over 1 mile. Point Definance along the Yuba would be very difficult on a horse but point Defiance up from the bridge would be ok. No parking for horse trailers.
