No they do not. They do rent out wheelchairs.
They have wheelchairs and small wagons that you "rent" for a small fee that is refunded to you when they're returned. I'm in a wheelchair myself, BTW, and I find the zoo a challenge to navigate as the surfaces are not overly wheelchair friendly. If you need to use their wheelchairs (heavier and more difficult to self-propel than my lightweight higher performance chair) you may want to make sure you have someone to help push you over the tough spots. 🙂
