No. Go early if you can. They open during the week at 10 am and close at 2 pm. Weekends open at 8 am. Chicken and waffles are great. I also like the Monte Carlo with chicken. Enjoy.
If you are going for lunch during the week, you definitely do need to get there a little early. I have been several times and have never had to wait. If you try to go on weekends you better get there early and I would say at least :30 minutes to an hour early.. The food is great, especially the chicken salad plate.
Unfortunately, since the restaurant occupies a historic home built in 1904-05 the seating is limited. There is outdoor seating and each dinning room offers a community table that can seat larger groups or smaller separate parties but allows you to get to know new people in the community.
