Yes they do. I had called for myself. You need to go to security. Bring ID. Individual stores may have electric carts but not the mall itself.

I have not seen any supplies of wheelchairs at the mall. I would suggest going on the Westfield website and they may have it in public safety or on the directory. That is a good question to ask.
