Huge shout out to Island Recreational in Maasapequa, especially Matt. I bought a cover to close my pool, only to discover that chosen cover was too small for one end of my pool. Brought the cover back today in the hope that they would accept it and I could purchase a larger sized cover. Matt looked over the cover and accepted the cover AND made an even exchange for a larger size. Customer service does not get any better than this!!!

I came in on Sunday September 18th and Melissa was a staff person and she was super helpful. She told me something that helped save me time and money and I was super grateful. I also had a gift card that was a couple years old I found it in a drawer, I brought it to the store didn't think they would honor it but they did. I have been very impressed with island recreational, especially Melissa yesterday helped me very much. She was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and she helped me out immensely.

Worst customer service ever! Dropped off a pump to repair suggested by Mfg, we knew it was not warranty. Waited for call back. Never received. Went to store Massapequa. The repair place closed for season. They said someone w would call. They did not! I sent email. Response was not repairable no warranty come pick up in store . Should have gotten a call sooner. We were over a month without pool. Could have purchased new one. But definitely will never shop there. They may have product but extremely poor service I will advise mfg. Since they sent us there.

Only store in the neighborhood that had the proper cover size and fantastic quality. Rep Angelina talked through the options to make sure the right cover was chosen.

I think you should probably call and ask.
They have the equipment for the conversion but you must do it yourself or hire someone
Add more salt. The salt is used to make the chlorine. You need 2500 ppm of salt.
No. Definitely not. I has my landscaper take most of it away
You can try to call the store directly, they are fully running again.
I would reach out the the company that makes yours. Its crazy hard to get anyone in the pool biz to answer. Trust me I have tried just about any way possible. Email, text, social media. I ended up just going to the store it was so much easier

No, you have wait outside and the reps will help you
Sales reps right in the store are very knowledgeable and cam answer your questions and solve your problems. They helped me numerous times. Reps right in the store are very knowledgeable and can answer your questions and solve your problems. They helped me numerous times.
You can just stuff pennies in it to hold it up for now. Then pick up some liner lock
I think your best bet is to call the store and find out for availability
Especially from their make sure everything is in writing. Also, make sure you shop around did not have the best experience experiences there at all. Same thing with a lot of other people I know and family. Good luck
Lots of great deals this time of year. Call or just go there. Be prepared to be SOLD by the shark-like sales people... So keep your wits about you at all times!!! 😀
