I usually do not write reviews, my life is too hectic. However I had to take time to give this medical supply co. rave reviews. The owner, Ray, (and his employees) are incredibly knowledgeable re: health care equipment. As a nurse, I’m tough to please and look for the best. I got it here. It was obvious from our exchanges that Ray had to be in health care at some point in his life, U can tell from his knowledge. It doesn’t stop there. This owner and his business are at the highest ethical level (outstanding, sadly in our society). Here’s my experience with Ray. My 93 y.o. mom got Covid which developed into pneumonia, being bedridden she quickly developed a stage 3 ulcer (not good). Hospice told us they did not supply air mattresses. We turned to Ray, who directed us to what we needed, considering cost very seriously. The delivery would be within a day, he kept us up on its tracking. Hospice heard we ordered the mattress and had a change of heart and said they would provide the mattress if we could cancel our order. I reached out to Ray and he immediately called the company, there was a 1day delay in the shipping on the company side so he was able to cancel it. I had my refund by the afternoon., all the while maintaining a professional demeanor, and he put forth the same effort as when we were purchasing it. He could have just as easily told me it was too late and kept the sale. A consummate professional. An A1 company. Call them. I promise, u won’t be disappointed and will be directed by some very knowledgeable people- much more valuable then the few dollars u might save going thru faceless Amazon. BTY their pricing was competitive with Amazon.

Great experience, went to multiple places prior for a elbow brace, either the stores didnt have it or didn’t take my insurance. Anyone can sell a product but these guys made everything easy and smooth, I was able to text a photo of my prescription and insurance card while they handled the rest and fitted my arm. The woman I spoke to over the phone was very nice and helpful, but Ray who fitted the brace was the best. Personable, friendly and efficient. The employees were so friendly and above and beyond thats why I decided to write this. Highly recommended, although I hope I wont have a reason to go back anytime soon haha

Just had lift chair delivered for my mother! Whole process was really simple from purchase to delivery! Chair is great and price was excellent (even comparable to an online purchase) I was told it would be delivered between 1 and 1:30 and they arrived promptly at 1:10!! Excellent communication and I can’t say enough good things about this business!
