The Bristal in Massapequa has been absolutely amazing with the care they have shown my Mom. The level of patience and compassion as well as attention and treatment has really made a very positive impact, especially since we relocated my Mom from out of state. All the staff but also including Jen, Danielle, Janani, Carla, and Cynthia have really been on top of my Mom's needs with very individualized care. We feel like my Mom gets extra special treatment, but when visiting the facility we see that others are also treated the same way. Thank you Bristal, we are very thankful and grateful for you!

We recently had a Birthday lunch for my Dad in the private dining room. Susanne was very helpful with making the arrangements. Tianah and Emily set everything up for us and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. They went out of their way to make sure Dad had a nice birthday. Looks like a nice place overall, however my grandmother fell recently and broke her hip. It took over a week for them to follow through and do something about it. Now a week later we are finding out she needs surgery. They were transferring her on a broken hip for an entire week. That is absolutely unacceptable, coming from somebody who works in healthcare!

Our Mother has been a resident for almost 2 years. Covid 19 has been so hard on us. Mom's 96th Birthday was a Zoom Party and Jennifer K and Jennifer A coordinated. It was a great!! Thanks to the Bristol and their great staff for their help!
