Depending on how long ago you bought the product, and if you have a receipt. There are times where you can return it for a new one, but on in a certain time frame. I am unsure if the store sends it out to be repaired. Usually a charge is accompanied by that. I would call the store and speak to an associate at the customer service desk or in electronics. They would better help than posting online.
They will send it out , only if u have a receipt..

That I do not know my Friend. They probably do not unless you have an extra warranty you took out on it at the time of the purchase. I would go to Customer Service to find out.
