Depending on how long ago you bought the product, and if you have a receipt. There are times where you can return it for a new one, but on in a certain time frame. I am unsure if the store sends it out to be repaired. Usually a charge is accompanied by that. I would call the store and speak to an associate at the customer service desk or in electronics. They would better help than posting online.

There is a jewelry counter and department. It is on the front end, near the pharmacy. Near register 8/9. If you walk in the grocery doors, it's to your right. Head towards the lawn and garden section, and you will see it on your left. Very friendly staff that works in this department. If you need assistance, and there is no associate around, ask a CSM or go to a cashier and ask for them to call someone over. They will be there as soon as they can.

Sometimes the selection of the phones provided is due to the size of the electronics department, as well as company contracts. Though the store may not carry it, you can always order on walmart.com and have it delivered to the store. Larger stores are going to have a larger selection of phones Cobleskill electronics department will be going through a remodel at some point soon, and will be increasing in size. This will allow them to carry a wider selection of goods.

As of last summer the store stopped allowing this.

Walmart Cobleskill is considered a super center, which I open 24/7. Only day this Walmart closes is on Christmas. Only other time the store will close is if there is a power outage, which everyone who is not an employee must go to the front of the store to be cashed out, or to leave.

They do now. Service has been up and running for the past month or so. Items are stored in the giant orange tower, and in the old McDonald's area
