What happened to your delicious french fries? We were there 3 days ago and my wife ordered the fish and chips. The fish was fine but the fries were undercooked. She loves your ff but we probably won't be back.

You won't be back because your fries were undercooked? Why would you not bring this to the attention of your server? We strive to satisfy all and if there was a problem with your fries we would have been happy to do whatever it took to amend the situation. I have found their food recently inconsistent! It is a shame!
