Hello Carrie, I recommend Chadwell Animal Hospital in Abingdon, MD. The wellness exam is about $50 not including optional bloodwork. The neuter surgery itself is around $150. They are very experienced with rabbit anesthesia. Once they are neutered they will probably calm down.
