30 minutes shoule be good
Depends on the act. Bigger names will draw a bigger crowd.
On the website it says a half hour. When I went we showed up about an hour early and there were already some people there, but that was for Gilbert Gottfried so I'd imagine for a more local comedian a half hour would be fine.
