Went in two days ago to grab snacks for lunch. Yogurt parfait and shelled pistachios. The pistachios were on ‘Bonus Club’ sale for $4.99, originally $8.99. When my cashier asked if I had a Bonus Club card I said yes but not on me. The nice woman behind me offered hers and the cashier said “it’s not allowed”. I get it, they have rules but c’mon! The nice lady says “well maybe turn around so you don’t see” (gotta love her!) and the cashier AGAIN said “it’s not allowed”. I paid $8.99 for my pistachios. Ridiculous that you need a card to get deals in the first place with technology these days however, never have I needed it at Tops. Either the cashier uses theirs or another customer offers. Now they alienated not only me but another kind lady as customers. I know Tops won’t care to lose me as a customer but, still. Thanks to Rachel the cashier for sticking to the rules.

I went in to return two food items that I did not use or need as there was extra provided for the event that I attended two days prior. I walked up to Customer Service where 3 women stood. One woman with bleached blonde hair, explains her behavior, stopped talking and looked at me and then looked back to the obese woman that was in the chair with her back facing towards customers. The obese woman never looked at me. Both of those woman ignored me. The third woman was younger than the other two and welcomed me to her station. As I approached, the blonde and obese lady stopped gossiping and looked at me as I was speaking with the one cashier who helped me. I explained to her that I was returning the unopened product. She seemed fine with it. She then had a question for the obese woman and that woman finally got up from the seat and began to ask a bunch of seemingly pointless follow up questions as if she was suspicious about my initial purchase and return. It made me feel uncomfortable and even more so when they were whispering. I was fed up and asked what the issue was and the younger woman said there wasn’t an issue. So, shut the hell up and process the return! How all of a sudden do these other gossiping “workers” have an interest in the transaction? It was ridiculous. I will not shop there ever! I’ll starve before I step in there.

Coolers and freezers aren’t up to par. I have been consistently disappointed with Tops, no wonder they do poorly in the market and need to close stores. I have bought cheese curds then to notice there was considerable condensation in the package and some of the cheese was off colored and soggy, threw it out. Other spreadable cheese was melted and soggy and stuck to the foil (sign that they were warm for too long then re-cooled) which never happens when I got them at wegmans. Threw them out, another waste of money. I’ve bought the fully cooked Tyson chicken breast to have for lunch at work- I open the package and there is INSANE amount of freezer burn, and all the chicken was caked in snowy ice. This has never happened to me at another store. I was originally going to let this stuff go but after another thing I got from there was inedible I couldn’t take it anymore. Get your groceries elsewhere folks. This place is a joke even their “deals” are a joke, buy one get one, but the item is literally double the price as other stores already, you might save 50 cents. Outdated, unorganized, poorly worked stores. New update: Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star. I forgot my debit card at home so wanted to grab something for lunch today- I figured no big deal, I’ll pay digitally. It’s on my phone. They DON'T accept iPhone or digital payments. It’s 2020 Tops. Wasn’t sure if you knew. This place is a joke and cannot wait until they go under. Go literally anywhere else and you'll have a better experience. Wegmans, Aldi, Walmart, a gas station, hunting for your food with a bow and arrow. Update: 5/17/22 - have seen multiple packages of hot dogs that are discolored and bad. Not a fluke package I’ve seen it many times on many different days months apart. Their coolers or storage are bad. I’ve never seen this at any other store. Works need to PULL these off the shelves before people get SICK. Store is stuck in the early 1990's, their equipment and freezers, and dated coupons, people writing checks and checkout taking forever.

I have no idea! You can always give them a call!
They have turkey whole not sure about just the turkey breast.
There's an entire, separate building in the same plaza/parking lot which houses a full Citizens branch.

Might want to call Tops and ask the price of an item. Sometimes items are on sale and they would be able to give you that information as well.
Sorry I never checked for them
