Last year I went there to purchase a fire pit that was on sale. I spoke to a sales associate who went to the back to get one for me. When he returned he informed me that there was a skid of something in front of them and that I should come back another day. I guess he meant i should come back when there might be an employee that actually would work. We were with another couple and my wife didn't want me to make a big deal about it so we left. The next day it was still aggregating me so I called and talked to the store manager he apologized profusely and said that they had trouble getting good help and that kids today don't seem to think they should have to do anything. When I got back to the store he had one waiting up front and even loaded it into my truck.
Last time I was in the cashier told me the store was struggling badly and he said the employee's attitudes were very bad.
