If it's fannypack size and you can slide it up under your shirt far enough to not interfere with lapbars, they typically don't care. The lockers are outrageous for the times provided.

You can carry bags but you can't take outside food and drinks. I think you can carry an unopened bottle of water but you can see their policy on their website
