No. That is the point of the payment plan. I literally bought mine in the parking lot and made the first payment and my daughter and I both went in. Weve also been twice since then within the same month.
Pretty sure if you are on the monthly payment plan and are up to date on your payments that you can get in. My friend mentioned still having one or two payments left and we just went Sunday, no problems at all.
Assuming this is a gold pass, it says under the terms and conditions that if there is any fees that need to be paid it cannot be used till they are paid off. So yes, you would have to pay it off.
